Terms of Service

Welcome to AugurLens.AI. The AugurLens.AI website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") are operated by SageStack Technologies, LLC, a California limited liability company ("SageStack," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AugurLens.AI Is (and Is Not)

AugurLens.AI provides AI- and machine-learning-generated market analysis, including probabilistic bullish, neutral, and bearish signals for a curated universe of stocks across multiple timeframes.

The Service is provided for educational and research purposes only.

  • AugurLens.AI is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other financial regulatory authority.
  • Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument.
  • Signals are probabilistic model outputs. They can be, and often will be, wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
  • Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details; see the Privacy & Data Usage Policy for details.
  • New paid subscriptions may include a free trial (currently 14 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds are provided except where required by law.
  • We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, publish, or otherwise share signals, predictions, or other Service content outside your own personal use;
  • Scrape, crawl, or access the Service by automated means other than interfaces we provide for that purpose;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the models, source code, or underlying data of the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems;
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, models, signals, design, text, and branding — is owned by SageStack Technologies, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Content you enter into the Service (for example, trade journal entries) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you as part of operating the Service.

7. Market Data and Third-Party Services

Market data displayed in the Service is obtained from third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any data is accurate, complete, or timely, and we are not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions in such data. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and services; their availability is outside our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL OR PREDICTION WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGESTACK TECHNOLOGIES, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SageStack Technologies, LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 10) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. SageStack Technologies, LLC is organized under the laws of California.
